OUTDOOR GROUP FITNESS
Urban Survivor Group Fitness has been in the business of designing and delivering outdoor group fitness sessions to the public for many years.  In fact, our regular session numbers have grown at such a rate that we now have 154 members, the largest consistent membership base of any outdoor group fitness operator in South-east Queensland.

A large part of this success is our welcoming atmosphere. Rather than a traditional boot camp, we offer a unique style of outdoor training that uses specific drills and games to improve strength, agility, coordination and cardiovascular endurance. Every session is original and varied- incorporating everything from weights circuits and obstacle courses to hill runs and boxing sequences. We have a huge inventory of equipment- from stretchers, fishing nets, hurdles and agility ladders to planks, medicine balls and dumbbells- and our instructors have huge imaginations. However, this creativity does not come at the expense of results. All exercises prescribed are results-driven, rather than fads.

What's more, our sessions are customised to meet the specific goals, needs and fitness abilities of all fitness levels. All sessions are carefully planned for variety in the sequence and drills but consistency  in the results. All exercises are performed in a consecutive manner- that is, as soon as one exercise or drill is complete the participant instantly begins the next. This  means every participant continues to work at their maximum level at all times, no matter what their fitness level, which ensures  that maximum benefits are gained by all.

Our professional instructors will certainly motivate and challenge you, but they will not bark military-style orders. They are warm, but commanding; friendly but disciplined; and they all share a belief that a healthy life is a balance of physical, mental and emotional health. Urban Survivor prides itself on being social and inviting. We do not let conversation get in the way of a challenging workout (after all, our main goal is to get you fit and lean),  but we do offer numerous social events that range from physically challenging adventures to weekend retreats to casual brekkies and dinners that are simply for fun.

So don't feel intimidated. You have nothing to lose but your self-doubts, and everything to gain personally. Now is the time to make a positive change in your life. Don't put it off any longer. Come on down to one of our many locations, look our for our big black van, introduce yourself to one of our friendly instructors and make the world your gym.
